1. Services & Estimates

Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Change Orders: Estimates are based on visible conditions. If hidden issues are discovered during work (e.g., faulty wiring, structural rot, or code violations), work will pause until a written change order is signed.

2. Payment Terms

Due Date: All payments are due immediately upon completion of service.

Equipment Deposits: A 50% deposit is required for all new system installations (furnaces, heat pumps, AC) before equipment is ordered.

Late Fees: Overdue invoices are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest fee.

3. Warranties & Liability

Workmanship: Equip-it Services provides a 90-day warranty on labor for repairs and installations. This warranty covers the specific work performed and is void if the system is tampered with by an unauthorized person.

Manufacturer Warranty: All parts and equipment are subject to the manufacturer's warranty only. We do not provide additional warranties on parts beyond what the manufacturer offers.

Limit of Liability: We are not responsible for pre-existing mold, water damage, or electrical issues discovered during the repair process.

4. Access & Safety

The customer must provide clear access to all units (attics, crawlspaces, or yards) and electrical panels. If the work area is unsafe or inaccessible, a service call fee may still apply.

• Communicate about service updates or seasonal maintenance reminders

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with third-party partners necessary to run our business, such as:

• Payment Processors — to handle credit card transactions
• Equipment Manufacturers — to register your system's warranty
• Legal Authorities — if required by law

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. While we strive for complete security, no digital storage is perfectly immune. By using our site, you acknowledge this inherent risk.
